full coverage can mean so many different things, he needs H coverage, which is emergency road service. I know at my work, state farm it's only 1.60 every 6 months for H. It's full reimbursement for towing.

not just the towing,the car itself,when we get accidents or stolen recovers,the ins pay 100%,its all what was chosen in the full coverage plan
