Gsr, P30 Pistons, Type R Cams, Good Tune = Hp???
Here is how it works, With a supercharger you are adding another moving item into the mix. You are bolting on horse power...This is true, But in order for it to perform properly and be DEPENDABLE. You would still need to pull your motor apart to re-ring it and possibly drop your stock compression (Not saying you have to).
Second you will still need to tune the ecu and have someone install unless you are doing that yourself.
All motor is better for a car that is going to be driven on a daily basis, You are not changing too much as. Higher compression pistons, bigger cams and stronger valves.
Now if you were boring the cylinders to the max and trying to push 13+ compression you would be pushing it.
I have had several cars with many different configurations, It boils down to what you really want.
Super charger or All motor... Either way you are spending the same amount and gaining close to the same hp.
