Difference between usdm b18c and jdm b18c

Just curious because my friend just bought a jdm b18c and they sent him a usdm b18c and they told him to send the distributor and fuel injectors back to them. Thanks.

Basically pistons (higher comp. 10.0 vs. 10.6 i believe) meaning more hp (180ps 177hp) also they were available w/ LSD.

I always thought the pistons were different too (jdm=more compression). Thanks for the input.

JDM B18c has domed pistons for higher compression

I went to school with my 3inch Thermal exhaust in my 93 civic hatch b-c i had no where else to put it for the time being , Well this kid walks up and looks in the car and say's " Is that an exhaust" and i say yah. He says" doesnt it get really hot in there?"
