It's funny cuz know I'm actually looking for a pic of an EG/EK hatch with one installed, can't find any.
In terms of installing it, I would think that, talking from en eg hatch perspective, hooking them to the hatch's upper window springs and fabing some hooks behind the rear seat would work pretty well...

You could fab some snap-in/snap-on hooks that would make it removable, if you needed to.-Bob

found several options on ebay, either honda pilot or volvo even jeep. I need to check the dimensions of the hatch to make sure i get one that is as equal as possible to avoid drooping effect. In terms of attaching it, the snaps would work, but on an even lower budget, I could just loop the bungee rope around the hatch and done... the lower one, not sure, i will figure it out once i get the net.
