Hold on for just a sec. For the most part I stay out of this back and forth. But think about what you just said. You took a money from a customer for a product and rather than supply that product you used it to pay a bill. How is that not taking someones money and running?

Your completely missing the point. A customer sends Matt, Rob, Dave, or whomever @ FBI over $1500 for a transmission in June. The customer is expected TO GET WHAT HE PAYS FOR!!! If you can not send the customer the item he paid for then YOU SEND HIM HIS MONEY BACK!!! It's not the customers problem if you spent his money on bills, car parts, drugs, dildos, butt plugs, or midgets. You either give the man the transmission as described or a FULL REFUND!!!
