That means you have more for a goal in mind. You realize that through you customers you can go further and do more than just grow on a personal profit level. That should be the ultimate goal of all business. If the customer does good, you do good as well. That is why you are trusted my many and not by the few.

Unfortunately those that strive to give their customer's the best service do not have as much exposure compared to those that don't. It's sad when you have to rely on those few customers who didn't have issues to come defend you when a Ryu comes a long. I'm just using him as an example, but this is just how this industry is.

Some people just don't have the balls to own up to their mistakes to do right. Just my 2 cents.
