Over the years I have expressed my dislike towards THIEVES and LIARS in the industry. This is no exception. Most people in this industry have no moral standards. A little research on the shops you are about to deal with can go a long way. It's almost impossible to find anyone who is truly HONEST.

I assume it was someone local since they most likely did the physical swap. So it's a Tampa Bay area local Evo 8 owner.... That narrows it down just a tad, atleast we can eliminate any Evo 9 owners.
