yea this kinda sucked... like no one was talkin to you unless you were already in their group... and the ricers... TONS!!... green neons GALORE!! it kinda sucked, there were a couple cool cars, an older Nova.. and the system in that diesel vw.. that was pretty much it...

 

i was there at there very first one it was pretty cool lots of people and the owner of the ice cream place was cool and friendly

 

I also invite all you guys from spring hill to come to Tampa for our Friday night meet send me an email or pm if your interested pretty cool place to come to and they all the pics from the show we had on Saturday on thier 2 big 50" screens so come see the cars of jdmDreams.net Team Profile,Squaron1 and all of the neat art they have on display where its a nice and cozy place to relax read a book or just use the wi-fi or thier own computers also where you can play race games on the xbox 360 or just play guitar hero as well and yes get a tatsy delicious Boba drink or go next door to Gumby's pizza for a hot slice of your favorite pizza thanks eveyone.....Niko

About the no one talking to you issue... I have always tired to talk to eveyone who shows up if possible. Did you make an attempt to talk to anyone else? If not anyone can say the same about you then. And in no way am I trying to be a dick of any sorts but most people would of went up and asked question to person driving a 1950's porsche speedster instead of the person driving a 91 oldsmobile. Understand what im trying to say?

Ricers.... eh. Im not going to descriminate and point out just a few people out of the entire meet and say "get the f out". If they like green lights under their cars and that makes them happy, Oh well. Not to mention those young kids I talked to were pretty cool. One guy I never met actualy left last night and came back with dunkin donuts for eveyone there even if he didn't know him or her.

If you read the first post the intentions was for a euro meet but we accept anyone to come out with a clean jdm/domestic/bike. Meet has been posted in this tread, the vw/audi/porsche forum on TR and 3 other euro based forums.If other non euro drivers with a passion for all cars want to come out and just chill thats cool with us.

Hope you give it another try. If not you can go to the thursday night meet at chick-fil-a on rt 50 and hang out with some of those great individuals

 

yea i did talk to the guy with the speedster for a second... but it was kinda slow the whole night... but i will most likely go to the next one!!! also the ice cream shop owner was very cool..

 

i wanna come check this meet out next tuesday what time do people start showin up.

All the details are in the first post. GTG officialy starts at 8pm. Everyone is more than welcome to come earlier too. We have had some cool trucks show up.

Next week we'll be doing something new. Because of the different car clubs that show up we are going to set up parking so they can all park together in a designated spot each week. If you are going to come out solo don't worry we have plenty of parking for you too. Just trying to make it easier for everyone to come park, chill out and enjoy themselves at the meet.

If there is a car club or group of friends that would like to all park together just give me a shout with the number of cars so I can have something setup for you that week. Thanks
