I was going to but my brakes locked up AGAIN

They keep locking up, all of them. Replaced brake booster check valve, master cylinder, brake hoses, Not sure what to do next, maybe brake booster?

I dont think it would be your brake booster. Mine went out in one of my cars a couple months ago, your brakes dont lock up. Your brake booster just controls the pressure in your brake pedal...it doesnt lock up the brakes.
