On average, around 135 people are killed a year in street racing accidents. A lot more than three. it's estimated that 3000 deaths are caused by people talking on your cell phone. a death is a death. On average, 14 people a year die using a fucking escalator. Should we ban those too, or overshadow them by the amount of people that die from cancer?

 

And I'm willing to bet money that most of those "Street racing" Accidents are fucking retards racing in heavy traffic? Not people on back roads at 3:00 in the morning..Ive been going to the races for over 10 years EVERY weekend and Ive seen 1 accident.

And the escalator thing makes no sense..I said we should worry about whats killing more people not less..3000>140

 

Well, we were talking about them cracking down on street racing, because it CAN be deadly, then you brought up "fat soccer moms" talking on their cell phone. So, I brought up something random. And I doubt you can tell me you have NEVER driven and talked on the phone, and/or do it regularly. Should they only enforce the law if they are obese, and their kids play soccer?

On a scale of 1-10 10 being the most deadly I would say street racing ranks a 1..Anybody (moms,dads,girls,boys,aliens,dogs,cats) talking and texting while there driving ranks about a 7 and dui about a 10..My point is there's more important shit to worry about and spend money and resources on.

There not stopping the deaths because the motherfuckers killing people are the idiots racing in heavy traffic during rush hour and shit..They did this simply for revenue and for image.

And btw anyone who knows me will tell you I DO NOT talk on the phone and drive.And I hate when people I'm riding with do it because there not paying attention to what there doing.

If you were there watching you should have the integrity and intestinal fortitude to pay the ticket and be done. Instead you want to blame everyone else but yourself and try to find a way out if it.
It makes me sick to know this is what Americans have become,,, a bunch of whiny sniveling babies.

Like I said about 10 pages back..If I was there I would have took my ticket and paid it because I was in the wrong..And thats what everyone else should do.

But at the same time I belive its wrong because we live in America where we should be able to "watch" whatever the hell we want to watch without fear of prosecution..This is America not some communist country where the government controls our every action.Or atleast its supposed to be.

The "racers" should be prosecuted not the crowd.
