can you post a basic itenerary of the event and any various after event happenings so people from out of town can budget our time properly. If the after meet or whatever, is happening off site...where is is going to be?

The after show is actually being thrown by modz365 on their site, its a virtual thing. If you would like to get a after event together we can try and make that happen. As soon as we finalize a few more things we will get the outline posted! we look forward to seeing you all there!

Yeah it can be overwhelming but its been fun thus far. I cant promise that it will go over but I can tell you that most of these events tend to linger on past the original close time. The official event and shop will close at 9 though. Also let us know if you are throwing any events and we would be happy to support you as well.
