FGC Fort Desoto MEGA MEET 2012 ~ Sunday, March 25th ~ OFFICIAL THREAD - G35Driver ***



What: Ft. Desoto BBQ meet
Where: Ft. Desoto Park - Pavilion #13
When: Sunday, March 25th 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Who: G's, Z's, and friends!
Cost: $10 ($5 to get into park + $5 for food/supplies/pavillion)

This will be the first OFFICIAL FloridaGclub bash of 2012!


We are asking that everyone contribute $5 to help cover the Pavilion rental and food. No one needs to bring any food unless you want to bring extras! There is a no-alcohol policy, so BYOB in a red solo cup and drink at your own risk.... They will probably kick you/us out so that's your warning.


This is shaping up to be a BIG meet!!!!

shelters are free in fort desoto park

 

No they're not. There is just one shelter in each area of the park that is based on a first come first serve basis...all others cost money to reserve. This is going to be a pretty large event, so doubt they want to chance it.

 

ill be there also its five bucks to get in ft desoto

How about a quick, non-commital guess-timate of how much we chip in if
only 30 people showed up?

Then I can figure it from there as more people sign up.

I believe they're talking about $5/person tops. Not much. I would also guess there will be atleast 40-50 cars there. If you need specifics, follow the link and you can ask the FL G Club board members directly.

It's a lunch-time BBQ....so probably noon-ish.
