I've told a few friends about this and I'm not leaving you out.
On July 21st an All Import/All Years/All Models/All Makes show, Sponsored by the Plant City Chamber of Commerce. I plan to be lined up over on Palmer where the registration is, and slightly before 3PM. A lot of import guys know about our getting the all import night and I expect it to be a busy time.

The cops are blocking off the streets for us for this one at 3PM. Be sure to tell them you are showing your car. No registration fee. No parking fees. It's our night!

If you want to post this on some sites that you know, we can have an even greater turnout. The meet goes from 4PM to 9PM. Best parking lot is the big one at 109 Palmer, East of the registration tent and beside the train station.

If you roll in together, you park together. Might be a good idea to arrive early to get a good spot. If you want to bring somebody with you from down South, that will be great.

I was down your way last Monday.
and I plan to be there again, again Friday 6 July. Every so often when an event comes up near to an established regular meet and on a non-conflicting night, I pass it on to the folks at the regular meet. I do the same for Vivid Blue, Rico and a few others.
I've sometimes heard that folks down south don't always enjoy driving over the skyway as much as I do.

In Palmetto Florida, just South of the river as you enter Manatee County. July 6th will be the first Friday meet. This is going to be a street party, a meet and a car show!

The location will be the legendary honest-to-gosh 12,000 square foot "Slick's Garage" "as seen on TV" at the corner of 5th Avenue and Old Main Street. No joke. Two parking lots for cars and streets will be blocked off. 923 5th St West Palmetto Florida. 941-776-7298 You gotta see this place. They really build the cars that are on TV. Check on Youtube if you want to see the shop.

Live on stage.....music will be Deacon Street Band and you can hit the internet to see their style of music.

Starts at 5PM. Awards around 830PM. $5 to show a car. No spectator fee. No hang out fee. Food is from local food vendors. 50/50 raffle and Free Tattoo giveaway.......you read that right, buddy...free tattoo giveaway.....

I was down there Monday July 2nd. They work on lots of cars, so expect to see some Chevy's in the car show. If you like imports, you can park next to ME.-Bob

 

Slick is a great guy, met him a few times I'm at first fridays as much as possible.
