It's Summer. Might as well celebrate it as awesomely as possible.

The Venue: Malibu Apartments Tampa.

-A private seven story superstructure that is built entirely with privacy in mind. The venue is surrounded on all sides by a retaining wall and an 8 foot fence along with two sets of magnetic locking gates.

Best of all. It has it's own 70 car parking courtyard, cabanas, barbecues, and a pool.


We will host a car show in the parking lot and party in the courtyard.

Celebrate the Summer Sunset with us as we take pictures, videos, and host a poolside volleyball tournament in which the winning team takes home $200. (info below)

LIVE MUSIC will be played throughout the evening by our DJ Mike Holmes

And we will host a LIVE BAND: Midnight Ramblers

FREE FOOD: Burgers and Hot Dogs.

Even better yet. We are recruiting two more videographers for this event to make sure we catch all the partying in action.

Aside from the exclusive atmosphere, awesome cars, private security, volleyball tournament, and live music...

Alcohol will be present. And it will be UNLIMITED.
We will take requests as to which liquor/beer to buy in the comments below.

DRINKING GAMES, FLIP CUP, BEER PONG, ETC. WILL OCCUR.

With that said, ANYONE is welcome to attend as long as you are 18 years or older.

You must bring a valid from of government issued ID to enter.
Security will check your ID at the gate.

Hows parking work?

-70 spaces available. First come first serve. Supercars will be granted reserved space. Once Courtyard is full. Gates will lock. Only exit gate will be operational.


What is considered a "Supercar"?

How do I event my car into?

- To car your into the my event. Simply event into car your.


Is this going to be Legit?

-No. Its going to be EPIC. We don't half ass anything. And we do what we can while trying to keep costs minimal. The term "Legit" is an understatement.


Can I bring my own drinks?

-Sure!

POLICE are on scene at each event and are hired to specifically monitor the event. Event officers and staff may be undercover and have the right to dismiss anyone for illegal behavior.

NO RACING, JOY RIDES, DRIFTING, ETC.
This will result in an immediate ban from the event and a police intervention.
