I know a guy who's really good with dsms, cheap and has his own shop. His name is Pete and he is located in Clearwater
727-492-5032. Its definitely worth giving him a call.

"widebody Neon" is just a nick name... its not to identify the RS as just a neon w/ different body panels.

oh, and 16's ARE that bad... sorry to say. I dont want anyone to delude themselves into thinking 16's are OK to brag about or to even find acceptable...

16 seconds: ARE that bad
15 seconds: Are NOT that bad
14 seconds: are OK
13 seconds: are Good
12 seconds: are FAST
11 seconds and under: Elite status

that seems to be the general consensus.. people snicker when anyone talks about getting a 16, 15 or even 14 second run as if its a good thing. My NA FC's wont run faster than a 14.5, as long as i care to own them and i KNOW its nothing to be proud of in the real world, especially when my other car is a turbo supra and probably runs mid 13's as it sits now, provided the clutch holds... the reaction i get when saying that we have 13 second cars is like "well, thats pretty good, cant argue with that"... when my friends or i hear about guys laying down 12 second slips, we usually have a reaction like "damn man, thats haulin some ass"... when people come back and w/ an 11 second run or less, its like "Dayum!" and thats it.

If you are still in need of help, I am willing to do the job. I have replaced the head gasket and timing belt on my daily driver(96 Talon ESi) which has a 420A.

Hey flubyux2 sorry if i can't afford a better and faster car like you. BTW i ran a 15.9 with just intake and exhaust. I never said that it was fast, i think it is quick concidering what it is. I have suprised quite a few people. I beat a turbo civic, kept even with a stock gs-t, beat a 96 gt mustang. I never wanted to brag about having a fast car because i know that i dont. I am happy with what i got, and if it makes you feel better to make fun of me, keep going on.

He keeps saying that my car is slow indirectly, when I never claimed that it was fast. All I wanted was to know if you all know anybody that can help me with my timing belt. I really didn't ask if I had a widebody neon so I don't see why that was even mentioned.

flubyux2 was just offering you advise to look elsewhere for help and you got all defensive. Wide body neon is a very common term used for the 420a eclipse. Its nothing that you should have been insulted by.

Then someone chimed in an said that 15.9 was not that bad. And flubyux2 just simply corrected that statment into what people around the area generally conisder fast.

Yes, and this was answered awhile ago on the first page where you could find some help.
