i will be needing a clutch very soon. what kind should i get and where and how much.

 

depends on the power you're planning to put down, i went with the act 2100 on my gst b/c i don't plan on really goin over 300whp, if you plan on runnin a big turbo with lots of power get the 2600

 

i suggest act 2100 with act flywheel while you are their and i can get both wholesale for ya bob. act 2100 should be for for about 350 flywheels hp or so. thanks mike

ugghhh does anyone look stuff up for them self? do a fucking search. read a little. you could have had the awnser yourself in the time it took for someone to respond.

 

id rather get info from people who drive these cars and have personal experience with these parts rather than get bullshit info from people trying to sell there product. there are people on here who dont mind helping out a fellow dsm'er. if you have a problem doing that then dont post. is it that hard. plus why try and do all kinds of research when someone (like dstgst) can get me a killer price. thats why there is a mitsubishi tech catagory here. to ask and answer problems that other dsm'ers have.

Dude, look at how many threads you have started. Alot of these questions you have, could be answered by doing some research on vfaq.com like willsj7 suggested or even by doing a simple search. There is a wealth of information pertaining to DSMs on the internet. Why am I telling you this you ask? Because, not ONLY will you most likely find the answer to the question that you are looking for, but you can also read up on some other things about your car and learn some new things. In the end, you will know more about your car in general and in the times when you need to.

In terms of you asking "how much", it's all good, since DSTGST offered to hook you up with a wholesale price.

In my opinion, you would be best off with the 2100. The deciding choice between the 2100 or 2600 will depend on how much power you are looking to achieve in your car.

Again, no one is trying to be a dick, we're just asking that you take some time out to research and learn some of this stuff for yourself. Majority of the things I have learned about DSMs came from the internet.

well people that are new to this type of thing like me, i am a classic car man myself but am new to this import thing would like to ask questions when 1st starting out so i or someone like me(str33tracer_1 don't fuck something up and then have to pay alot of money to have someone fix it. now then. if you read the title of this board what does it read? and if you come in here basically making fun of people, then you are an ass hole and should read the title of the board before entering you fucking dush bag. now i don't mean to sound like a dick or anything but i read this and i just had to say something because it affected me. so for your own sake how about you just shut the fuck up.
