My car is maxing out the tiny 750cc injectors in this weather on pump gas, how’s yours.

BTW, I am glad to hear you ruined the aerodynamics of your turbine housing by adding undo turbulence which in fact will make the flow stream smaller.

You know no one is going to listen to a slow ass fwd owner. If you had a clue you would own like a 11 sec car or something unlike all these fast cars around here.

thats good to hear your car is doin well. kelly's car is maxing out the 14b and running 20psi on 93 octane everyday... someday we will buy her a bigger turbo.

ruin the aerodynamics? i fail to see how removing casting flash and the rough sand cast finish as well as allowing the exhaust gas to be introduced to the turbine wheel about 4mm sooner is ruining it. i smoothed out the casting flash on as much of the scroll as i could. in doing this, it widened the area about 1-2mm. i made it a little deeper towards the end of the scroll so i could extend the area further around the wheel... effectivly increasing the Area while the Radius was only increase a hair since all i did was remove the casting flash and finish.... but i guess if that rough cast finish is necessary on the turbine housings, ill take it off and acid etch it. next time i do acid porting instead of using a carbide burr. i guess that means i should put the cast finish back on my intake manifolds and head ports right?

oh btw, PTE has 880's for dirt cheap. thats who im getting my supra injectors from

I don't care how you ported your 6cm housing. It's still a 6cm Housing. You can't port it to a 7cm, or a 6.5...

I spent 3 hours porting the stock 450cc injectors on the Laser so we could run 11's on them.

really? thats really unusual. i wonder why my full boost comes like 200 rpm later and the exhaust note has a little more bass in it than before this work and the car doesnt fall on its face over 6000... guess all the porting i did had no effect on the car but these driveability characteristics must have come out of no where.

Sound could very possibly change and the power holding longer is all in your head. If you expect it to work better, you will think it does. A little porting, even going with a 7cm housing would not make much of a noticeable difference.

BTW opening the throat like that only makes the exhaust come into the turbine sooner which will cause it to hit the blades at a bad angle.

The reason nobody ports turbine housings is because they are not designed to be ported. By opening the throat, you are angling the gases wrong. Don't you think if it were that easy, everyone else would be doing it too?
