Default fuel trim malfunction bank 1

Does anybody have any idea to correct this problem? I went to mitisubishi and looked it up in the service book gave me a few different options on what it could be, such as exhaust leak, maf sensor, intake mani leak, etc. Just wondering if anyone else has had this code thrown at them before,

From yoru other post talking about trying to get the exhaust manifold off I'm guessing you didnt get it off and now your throwing that code from trying to get it off.

I ve been throwing that code for awhile, tony at sidewinders said that i had a warped mani, so i figured that might be throwing the code. Thats why im trying to change them out.

If you have a warped exhaust manifold what are you replacing it with? What are you doing with your old one?

The pb blaster stuff is the shit. Redlinegvr4 was on the right idea with letting the car run. It would have the same effect as if you were trying to take the 4 turbo bolts off and you took a torche to them. I would definitally go the pb blaster route though, should work just fine.

ever changed your o2 sensor?

you have a k&n filter or a stock air box. if stock, have you changed the air filter recently?

sidewinder cracks me up. it's not your exhaust mani. you'd know if you had an exhaust leak...it would smell like exhaust.

do a leakdown test to see if you're leaking out of the intake mani. if you don't know how, www.vfaq.com.

if your manifold is leaking prior to the o2 sensor it can cause that as it sees a very lean reading. if its after the o2 sensor, its more then likely something else.
