Question Couple of questions. Need help. Somewhat long.

'91 Talon AWD 5 speed, gutted cat, removed lower honeycomb, removed air silencer, K&N. Just installed a rebuilt 6262 computer and ISC motor. No codes being thrown. The car was built in late '90. Title says '91. Computer I took out that was bad was a 6262.

Ok. When car is warming up, everything is fine. Runs great. Steady 1400 rpm, no misses, no hiccups, no hunting. Idle steady drops as it warms up and moves into closed loop, with my pocket logger this is what I see. At idle, my idle switch never comes on. My O2 readings are like .04V and steady. About every 2 seconds, and just for a tic, my injector pulse width goes to 0.00. ISC motor never steps up at idle.

Things I know are good: O2 sensor, idle switch, (hoping, because it was just rebuilt) computer, ISC motor. Timing and idle were set correctly, except where I had to raise the idle so it would continue to run when the injector pulse width goes to 0.00 for a tic.

Things I've found out: Little to no voltage to idle switch. No difference connected or not. Switch doesn't come on (on Pocket logger) when I ground the connector at the computer (pin 6 on ECM) + no difference in idle. What should the voltage be at the idle switch on the throttle body? Should I try grounding pin 14 on the ECM?

Weird things I've found out: When I disconnect my Air Meter, the idle switch (on pocket logger) comes on. Idle is nice. I can turn it down to the 750rpm and it purrs like a kitten. Injector pulse width is steady. ISC motor steps up. Why is it doing this when I disconnect the Meter?

Things I’m kicking around in my head: After reading just about all the vfaqs page, I’m thinking of switching pin 6 and 14 on the ECM. Someone tell me different and I won’t. I’m still waiting on my shop manual to come in the mail, so if you have any suggestions, add what voltage I should see and what to expect. Need more info to help, tell me what you need. Please. Thanks for any help you can give.

Witch of these is right?

http://www.ecanfix.com/users/mdhamilton/ecuwiring.html
Are these correct?

Or

http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ecu-harness-1G.html
Is this one just for ‘90 models?

Each says something different about the color of the wires.

If Green, pin 14 goes to my Idle position switch, I have a ‘91-94, right? Shouldn’t grounding pin 14 make the circle fill in on my pocket logger?

As it stands right now, when I unplug my air meter, my idle switch circle fills in. Any ideas why this is happening?
