I've taken pics....nothing to special since he was working on the bottom end. You can see where the battery acid ate the paint on the firewall though.

I am filling in small claims court. I have connections to attorneys so I have some help with the legal papers. He's trying to push blame onto another guy saying he owns the shop. I've never even heard of this guy....and he himself told me he was the owner and the guy working for him said he owned the place...and claimed to be part owner. It might take a few months but I'm working on it.

Topper.....has Tim worked on your car? Anything major?

I assume your unable to fix this yourself. For the time its been down, that couldve been plenty of time for you to learn how to rebuild the motor, and make sure everything is straight, and also have the confidence of you working on the car and not someone else. I know a couple of people who may be able to help you, i can find out sometime this weekend. If i had a license, i would help, but i cant.

I don't have a garage to even attempt to do any major work. I'm sure the engine will have to be pulled again which I also can't do. I know a lot about my car and I have attempted to fix certain things.....but this is to much. I hate to admit it too, but I do usually need help. This past weekend I tore apart the throttle body on the Starion and had to get help because I didn't have the muscle to loosen a few screws. I had the knowledge, but couldn't back it up. Stupid wimpy girl arms.

It was told originally that it would take 3 weeks...and I said to take 4. I never thought anything like this would have happened.
