You are absolutely right Julian, I did not know anything about my car when I first got it just like most people. And yes, he did "help" me get my stuff on my car however I also did my research and I took the time to "Learn" about it. It took me a few months to learn about it and I was able to put it into practice with some "help". Kinda like the help I tried providing to you when you had some issues with the problems you were having. I am not the one who bitched and moaned when 1, you had a reputable place do the work for you on your car and started crying when they couldnt finish the job when you wanted it, 2 didnt know WTF is was going on with your car and cried some more about it instead of actually finding out what is wrong and fixing it yourself. 3 started acting like a complete ass when you couldnt get your questions answered.

I mean no disrespect Julian, but damn if you want something done you need to know a little bit more about it than what you do right now. My advice to you is to learn more about what you want to have done to your car and be patient. If you have any questions about it PM them to me and I can try and shed some light on it for you. But stop acting like such a damn whiny baby when you dont get things your way. If you want to we can finish this discussion tonight in CW.

Your saying to learn all this stuff.... Arent you the kid that was running 16's at the track?? Sounds to me like your car wasnt running all that great, which would leave me to believe that you didnt know quite as much as you think.. am i wrong??? Also, the whole shop thing was not his fault, He didnt cry about it not being done on time. Maybeif the shop would have not told him 2 hours about 20 times and just said strait up, we need another day.. that would be another story, And if they didnt fuck his car all up..

well on hunntyr's behalf i would like to say there was a good reason his car was running poorly at the track, which he can explain if he would like. That's all im going to say because, frankly, i dont want to get in the middle of this.

Dont let this turn into another one of those threads. How I see it is if you want to
turbo your car, you should know how everything works before it goes on your car, or there will always be problems like this. What exactly is your problem you are having with it....maybe we can help you now instead of ruining this thread.

nothing really .......I DIDNT KNOW how to do a return fuel system for the car so yes he did come out from Brandon " i was thankful for that " and pointed me in the right direction .... I ordered what I needed to order and it should be here tomorrow and the return fuel line should be on on Sunday if "MadX" gives me a hand....not sure what his plans will be like and yes I did bitch and complain since a "reputable" shop "race related" fucked up my car………. come on now they left an injector out they took the oil lines out of the turbo and started the car to check if the turbo was getting oil …..im not even going to finish the list ill leave it at that .... Gave me a time to pick up the car and it was even ready ……… yea I think I had a reason to complain about a shitty shop ….

You talk about research this research that were you not asking a ? about what obd your car was ?? “I tried posting something like this before but I got no answer so I am going to try this a different way.” words from the researcher him self ….

about the track yes he had a boost leak but isnt it obvious when your car is running slower times then a stock one does? ?

oh yea... please show me were i was being a complete ass because some 1 didnt answer my ?

That's why I chose for me and a couple of friends (Skillionare and Fast420A) to install my kit almost 3 years ago. Hell, I was gonna let Secret Service install mine, got a qoute for 300 with dyno tuning I believe, can't remember it's been a long while. Now granted we NEVER installed a kit before, it took about 3 and a half days of pain and sweat. You know what, I wouldn't trade that learning experience for anything. If something fucks up, I or my buddies can quickly diagnose that problem without a help from a 'shop'. Oh yeah, the guys from 2GNT were there the whole way, some that lived on different time zones even offered me there phone numbers.

P.S. That guy in the green eclipse didn't happen to have a black intercooler right. If it is, that's a good friend of mine, he knows his stuff.

We left an injector out and took the oil line off to check to see the turbo was circulating?Actually one lead was left off that was fixed before you took the car.And yes we took the oil supply off for what 5 seconds to make sure the turbo was actually getting oil.OMFG we should be banned from ever working on a car again.You worthless piece of shit,pond scum,ranting and raving every chance you get to make someone else look bad.Look in the mirror and you will find you answers Dumbass.And some advice to you if you are looking for help w your car is to not be such an obnoxious,arrogant,fucking squid to everyone you come in contact w/ and maybe you'll get it.

If you are going to quote me quote me correctly, The question I asked was because I am a "95" I have both the OBD1 and OBD2 ports. I was simply asking which one for datalogging would work better, not what OBD am I.

Slower times than stock??? 16's is what a stock GS pulls without any mods and with me have lower than stock compression #'s I thought it was still ok. Not what I was going for but I "researched", figured out my problem and we shall see how it goes another time.

Drama drama drama. The SFMU is easy. Craig, the guy with the green turboed RS knows his shit, and learned it all from reading the informative posts on 2gnt. I learned what I know in a similar fashion, searching and reading a bunch of posts and other websites. I would suggest you go out and buy the book MAXIMUM BOOST by Corky Bell if you haven't already. This will help you learn the most about turbo systems in general.
