Well UPS stopped by today but I wasn't home. So I called and scheduled a pick up. It's the test pipe from SBR. As far as the O2 Sensor... I'm going to go ahead and change that out as well this week. To save a headache of buying a used one and wondering if its any good or not I'm just going to buy a new one. Hopefully the rest of the parts get here and I put everything on over the weekend and the car is okay.

UPDATE!

Alright so before it started raining today. I picked up a datalogger and the whole setup. Ended up finding the exhaust gasket I need (went through 3 Discount Auto Part Stores and they didn't have it)... ended up going to Lokey Mitsubishi off Gulf to Bay and they had it. Put the downpipe, extension and test pipe in with all new gaskets. Initialized my SAFC and did the inital setup. Ran the MMC program on the datalogger. Started the car up... sounds nice... then I felt around found 1 exhaust leak... tighted the bolt up more... no more leak! Then it started to rain... tomorrow if the weather permits I'll start tuning and changing the settings on the AFC. It was idling where it should idle and no wierd noises

LAST AND FINAL UPDATE (I HOPE):

Alright besides it being 40-50 something degrees out. I went ahead and took the car for a drive after installing the parts for the exhaust system, afcII, and datalogger. Car sounds extremely loud but NO exhaust leaks and its running like it was before the problems. I was going to go ahead and start tuning it but man its too cold out. I'll wait till it warms up a bit on another day. Tomorrow I'll be driving it to work and home... hopefully everything goes well.

Glad to hear you got your problem fixed. Get that thing on a dyno and tune it using their wideband and your logger to get the timing where you want it. You should be able to get it into the 12.5:1 to 13:1 range and get your timing dialed using the CAS. Only downside is that NTs don't have knock sensors, so don't push it too far.

Sounds good... the only place I hear about dyno tuning is XAT in Tampa. Is there any other place you or anyone else recommends? I want to take the car to a dyno in a week or two. Yeah sucks not having a knock sensor.

I've never dynoed- would've, but it's not as simple as just rolling into a dyno day, and too lazy to get a welded VC, drop the t-case/d-shaft, etc. I've heard good things about Coastal over in Brandon, and maybe closer to you, Race Related over in Largo/Clearwater/generic pinellas area I can't precisely locate on a map.
