Headlight cut out question

I also replaced my headlights with the high intensity conversion and it's pretty bad ass... give much better light. I like being able to see where I am going.

Did you check out my white one Mike?
I had the cut out like that for a year now.
What I did was I removed the headlight and used a butter knife and got it cherry red and burned right threw the headlight cutting a rectangle.
Then after that I used a small grinder and even it out."Ghetto" but it worked.
I only did that and the air duct thing to keep my underhood temps lower.But my air duct is a metal intake welded on to the frame.
It has helped a bit but not really worth it.

Ill take a pic of my current intake, much easier and cleaner looking than most of these. Except mine is beat up so its not that clean.

actually your white one was what inspired me... that looked really good, I really liked it.. if you could can I please have a picture of it for next time I am trying to get the size perfect.

Where did you get the conversion from? I plan on doing it, but havent really researched it yet.
