$2800 is too much for a 1g that no one so far can determine whats wrong with it. No matter how much work you have/had done to it you won't be getting it back. People don't understand its a hobby, you dump $2,000 or more on a car that trade in value is maybe what $600-$800 and then ask $2,800 or more and its not running right doesn't quite cut it.
Good luck... no sense in dumping and dumping more cash into it if the problem is undetermined.
