help me what make s motor brake up at 4000rpms
dude go check the plugs urself...have the car running and pull out each plug and see if there is any difference in the way its runs...it should miss horribly, and if on one there isnt much difference that could be it. But you need to work on your grammar and give more info, because i dont think anyone can help you with that you have said so far. They are all tellin you the same thing, so do what they say and get back with more info alright. Just trying to help.
If all it has is a 16G and a few other minor mods what tuning does it really need? I mean tuning is beneficial but it shouldn't brake up like that with minor bolt on-s. Is the car at Sidewinders?
What psi are you running?
Sure the engine is not pinging? Timing is off?
Get a datalogger/find someone who has one and look at the Timing Advance and post what you find.
Now thinking about it... it could be a timing issue.
Who rebuilt the motor?

Again, people are trying to help and you arent listening.
Hitch a ride to your local NAPA and pick up some NGK BPR7es's to start with. Put them in. (Im hoping you can at least throw on some spark plugs, if not get rid of the car, NOW.) If there is no change find some new spark plug wires, OEM will be fine. If there is still nothing, spend the $100 and find a datalogger.
Try the first 2 things and then we can diagnose it farther.
Also how is it idling?

Other then that sure pm me any questions you may have and I'll see if I can help you out.
I agree with Ender. Check your spark plugs, check the gap. Could be also something to do with the ignition.
Something is just not if it to stubble on its face at 4000rpms.
Did you even do a boost leak test or even check if you have a vaccum leak anywhere?
Were giving advice here you need to update us with what you do so we can continue to narrow down the problem.

Way to go, I just spit hot coffee on my damn keyboard!
Assface.
I know your were trying to be funny because of the "brake" instead of break in this thread then I mis-spelled a word which I don't think stubble is a word so not so funny.
Good try though clown.
