Cams are the same but with different lobe centers. The non turbo cams are 5 degrees advanced on the ex side. You can run non-turbo cams in a turbo car by retarding the ex cam one tooth. At that setting they will work better than turbo cams.

So, they're different. Also, aren't there several different cam durations for 1g cams (i.e. more than just "turbo" and "non-turbo")?
