im sure hes checked the cables already.
having to rewire the starter is not uncommon at all.

ok, ive never looked at the ignition switch harness but is it right on the ignition module itsself? if not where is it located?

ok whatever, i just took an ignition wire, tapped into it, and wired it to a switch that turns the starter on. problem solved, car turns on im happy haha.
