would the clutch adjustment have any affect? if i adjust the clutch out a little bit, it will shift fine. but over 15 miles or so of stop and go driving it'll stiffen up, and almost engages as soon as i touch the pedal, and will start to slip. so i have it adjusted now so that it wont slip. but the downside of that, the engagement sucks and the shifting is shit. would that be syncros?

oh god....not crankwalk

I think were looking towards the clutch. Don't know if any adjustment would help. Whats the mileage on the car? Ever replaced the clutch? Depending on your answers to these questions it could be the clutch. Sounds like the clutch was wearing out by slipping, you adjusted the master cylinder for it to engage better but it was just a temporary bandaid because now its shifting like crap and engagement sucks. This is my take on this because I would try different things before dropping the tranny and replacing the clutch unless the mileage on the car warrants the fact that it may be due for clutch replacement.

lol... don't give up. Even if you do that you'll still get another one haha. Its a curse... I know because I've owned about 5-6 back to back when I was trying to look for a different type of car.

im hoping i wont need to get a new motor, those crankwalk stories are giving me the heebie-jeebies.

hey, i had the same problem last week, dont worry i am 6 bolt so it shouldnt be crankwalk. what i had to do was pull up on the clutch with my foot and it would be fine, it was getting stuck or something. everytime it starts doin that try to pull up on the clutch, it might work, or wiggle it around or something.
