dose this sound like a blown head gasket

Default dose this sound like a blown head gasket

today i was taking the car out for a spin and when i got home the car started to smoke and i opened the hood and i seen water everywree, but i cant find were it was comming out of, i let it cool, put water in it and started it up and let it run for about 30 mins and nothign happended, then i turned the car off and checked the oil and the oil was thin and had some little bubbles in it ,like it was mixing with water, do u guys think i have a blown head gasket or what, (

Pulled the oil cap off, does the oil on the cap look like a milky texture? You can tell when the oil is mixed with any sort of water, it does not carry on the same color/texture.

thats the thing the oil dont look milky but its thin and not as thick as usual oil would be

What kind of car are we talking about here?

Oil does break down.

For water to be everywhere a hose or gasket must of went. Usually when its a blown headgasket water/coolant mixing with oil... the oil has a milky look and feeling. You can notice it.
