Default Testing a turbo

Hello,I posted this up in XAT forum because I didnt know if they could assist me(they havent responded yet) but is there anyway to test a freestanding t-25 turbo's internal wastegate? The turbo is a garret meant for a 4g94lancer

are you just trying to see if it opens? if so, just pressurize the actuator.

well im not a turbo junkie or anything but basically i just wanna know what psi its set at

they sell a tester at any auto parts store.with the hose i think i saw it at advance auto its just a guage with a lever you squeeze to pump ..plug it up to the waste..and check the guage is prolly like 12 bucks

Should be around 10 psi.
