it cant be a saturday cuz ricers with ( honda) manivans usually get there early and start drinking and talk about how loud there vtec is.

i think this a very good idea b/c i miss going to the nissan meets... we need something like that for dsm's... sunday @ 1 is a good day for me every month... its a good way for me to meet some more poeple into dsm...

 

Dsm meets are tough to have. First if the car is running. Were working long hours to buy some new part or save up for something big. So were to tired to really do anything. Then when we get want we want, the car is down for sometime taking it apart then putting it back together. And thats when another meet pops up right in the middle of that project. Then the car runs good, and now the usual dsm'er wants more power. So he/her(just to be fair) picks up more shifts and the vicious cycle starts again. I am currently a victum of that cycle. DSM owners are never happy... as tim the tool man says hohoho more power. If anyone ever watched that show anyway.

 

well this is gonna be for every month not just a one time thing.. thats what im tryin to start.. kidding like the s-chassic meets or the honda acura meets.... i mean come on ur not gonna tell u cant go out their in something in the future

 

I definately like the idea of a monthly meet, but the 3 meets a year we have now are usually soo far away, im afriad to take the car that far .
The meet we had in new tampa at sonic was great, but alot of people couldnt make it because of the distance. What if we had 4 small meets every month, but each one in the far reaches of the tampa bay area? Maybe the first saturday of the month it could be east in Lakeland, the second saturday could be north in the north dale mabry/new tampa area, the third west in st. pete, and the last south in sarasota? Maybe not those exact locations but kinda have the meets spread out evenly so everybody in the tampa area has as good of a chance to make it to a meet as everybody else. Just another suggestion anyway, id really like to see a monthly meet organized.

sounds good, but saturday's i think would be better. sundays i'd be missin sopranos n that show is the shit. but doesn't matter to me if it's good i'll go anyway, n im excited cuz the cdar will be out just need a tranny. so if neone has a good tranny for a 95-99 gst 5spd. let me know so i can get running n go to the meets lol

Sundays sound good until football season starts, assuming the meets make it that far.
