what is exactly involved in inspection? you could probably get around it pretty easily.

Its probably going to be a tailipipe 02 test and scanning you ecu if your obd2 or newer.I think the dyno facilities cost them too much to maintain.

 

well, with dsmlink or a standalone, you could probably pass the tailpipe test and the ecu scan....and you can take a cat, and weld it around the piping on your exhaust the pass the visual inpection for a cat. if you need to, you could just put the stock exhaust on real quick too. i have a stock exhaust sitting around.

 

damn....well i guess i will have to buy a cat for the test once a year or so....did the same shit in NY...never stopped us there.
