you may want to start by taking apart the steering column and checking voltage at the ignition module to make sure the ignition isnt going bad.

Is the starter actually turning the engine over? Or is it just making a click noise every time you turn the key?

Sounds like it could be some loose wiring, or possibly the starter going bad. Put it in reverse and rock the car back and forth a bit when its not starting. If it starts after that, could be a bad starter. People do sort of the same thing by tapping it with a hammer and then trying to start it.

I had a similar problem when I had a 95 basically it was a the terminals they were corroded and had a loose connection.

I would go to discount get one of those battery terminal cleaner things (like 3 bucks) and clean off both the terminal and the battery. Then tighten the shit out of them.

You also want to check your ground. Sometimes it comes loose from the firewall.

^^^ yeah my terminals are pretty bad looking,I will stop by and pick up the cleaner today. But what will explain the car shutting off after 10 secs running? But I do have a feeling it has something to do with the battery.

As long as your alt is working once the car is running you can disconnect the battery and the car should stay running.

Today i was driving to work and when I was in low 3nd gear the car cutted off for like 2 seconds and then turned right back on. Idk I think it might be my alternater. If i turn on my car and disconnect the battrey the car should keep running right? If i disconnect the battery and the car shuts off the alt is bad right???

make sure you have a ground from your firewall to the intake manifold. my car couldnt stay running if i disconnected the battery, and the car would just overall act really funny.
