damn todd everytime u take something off ur car u find some crazy shit i say tear ur whole motor apart and make sure theres nothing else in there J/K... last time i checked something there was a bird in my radiator might wanna check that

what lancerman said, its like an o-ring it was supposed to be in there in the first place just not bent up like that and sitting there restricting flow.
my 1g pulled like shit couldent fint out y and i found the exh side of my turbo looked like a hardened up lava field on the inside, soooo many cracks and some around the waste gate flap allowing it to leak.

 

I had a fuel issue for a long time, boost was not getting to the fuel pressure regulator and the car was leaning out under boost. it has been fixed

 

So i guess

Talon= birds ( in radiator)
Eclipse= ring ( down the throat of the turbo)
laser= 'burnt' clutch

wow. makes me wonder about my car. i put my cd player in tonight and my alternator went bad, blew off an ic pipe and my pass. control arm fell off. DSMs <3
