take off the exhaust mani. you should be able to look into the head and see the oil build up but yes sounds like seals of course change them all but at least you know which is leaking.

Def sounds like your valve stem seals, does it go away when you drive and then come back when you stop leaving a blue cloud behind you when you take off?

Yessir...im gonna pick up the kit from napa auto parts this weekend and get the valve cover gasket redone as well as valve stem seals...hopefully that will get rid of smoke...

kind of but not really...im not sure on how to check PCV...i believe the hose on the top left corner of valve cover (see my first pic ). If so, I couldnt get it off it was pretty stuck..gotta try harder.

Just buy a new PCV valve if you don't know the last time it was replaced. It's less than $8, and takes all of 30 seconds to swap out.
