Arrow Nos ?

I am installing a NOS wet kit for my friends 04 GT v6 and I was just wondering if anyone has run nitrous on the same car? He is only going to run a 50 shot but I wanted to know if it is safe at stock timing or not? I am asking people on this forum who has any experience on this motor with NOS not the people who dont think NOS is safe or people who just thinks he should just go turbo or supercharger. People with actual experience with NOS and this motor is who im asking so if you dont know anything dont reply.

You shouldnt have to do anything to run a 50 shot.
Just make sure you are using the right size fuel jet. I would probably go one stage colder on the plugs but thats it.

I dont know what plugs they come with. Just get what ever ngk is for that car but one step colder. For example if they come with BPR7ES then get BPR8ES.

I have ran now on my 420a a hand full of times. But my motor is a bit built up. I have 10:1 JE pistons and eagle rods and stage one cams. I ran a ZEX wet kit 75 shot and no problems

make sure the bottle pressure is kept up... is he using a ful throttel switch ?? wet kits are a littel safer but i would recomend the zex intake filter... it will work on any after market cai and the line attatches at the end of the filter... no need for taping the intake... should be safe on atleast a 75...colder plugs and a nitrous timing retard bow wouldnt be a bad idea...
