i have a 1995 RS which was my daily driver until the tranny died. I now want to make it into somewhat of a racer.... not an 8 second car but possibly a 10 second car?

are there any shops in Tampa that can do that?

start off with a 4g63 car first!

it will be much cheaper and much more reliable than building up an N/A eclipse!!

 

That's all nice and good, but i have the 420 already paid for.

and it needs repaired anyways.

no offense but i think you're asking too much for 10's.
it takes alot to get there. or atleast in my opinion.
but if you have the money and patience then go for it.

Be prepared to spend ridiculous amounts of cash. I have ~$2100 in mine and I'm only boosting 8psi

Although the wastegate line DID melt yesterday and I saw a 15psi spike lol.. no damage thank god

 

coming from a person with a 420a you have to know that you will not reach 10s with just a bolt on turbo kit and there are plenty of garages who will work on ur car. but there r plenty of shops who will look at you like a ricer cuz u have a 420a.

but i been reading up on the hahn kit and talk to a friend who bought a stage 2 kit from hahn and hes running faster than some gst's

 

With a bolt on turbo kit for a 420 a will have more Hp then all stock gst's. lol thats all i know
