So I finally sold the Gst like a month ago for 3100. I only did it cuz i wanted a 5spd car and some cash. Basically i got $2300 cash and a 95 civic(ikno ikno) with 107XXX miles on it. Long story short...Civic had some bald tires, I hydro-planed in the rain got hit by an 06 civic into an electric pole.. Now I got no ride and am waiting to hear from my insurance to see if they are going to cover my car...theres so many little loop holes on why i might get it and might not. Like my car was never registered or insured and i had my gst plates on it. They said they might pay for it seeing as i didnt have anytime to transfer my insurance from car 2 car. The title is dated on the day of the accident... Im looking to go 6bolt 1st gen 5spd whether they help mi or not...i will never settle for less than a dsm ever again. And for the record i hate honda tech. to many MF's that dont kno shyt or just dont care enuf to help. I got so much support here tho...met people who fixed my car for free just to see a dsm running right in an upcomming race. sold me parts for the low that got me running a lil faster..and a few other good encounters. DSM ftw end of story....

 

My Gst raced the Civic. When i was driving the DSM that is...suprizingly it beat me 2 out of 3 races...but the eclipse was never running right when those losses happened...and A/T never helped. Only @ the causeway from a dig...thats when i believed in the A/T while racing a 07 si, pardon my french...While spanking.

 

ahhh man here we go with the honda vs mitsu shit again....lol you had a single cam honda (bad idea) and then you had an auto 2g (bad idea). both platforms can be fast (minus the single cam and automatic tranny), it all depends on if you know what you are doing or not. on both ur mitsu and ur honda i offered to help you with all the issues you had, being that i pretty much specialize in the two of them lol...

lol ps i'm a hypocrite cuz my trucks a dsm, auto, and single cam, but do as i say not as i do lol.....

 

^^yea ur right chris. I did have faith in the gst...honda was just fun. the motor in the honda died b4 i could make it to u but i got the swap and had it running 2 days later...But yea man u def. helped mi out in the past and i appriciate it.

Lol dsms require way more maintenance than any honda. Lemme kno when you find a new one I look at it with u.

 

I been seeing a lot of deals lately on GSTs. I got my talon for 800 lol! Low balled the fk outta this guy. I'm having a 6 bolt dropped in as we speak. 20G turbo and some other ish. Looking for 475-500hp. The car is nice as hell. Pics on my myspace. And post a pic of the SAFC if u can. I'd def stay in the DSM game. I loved me a honda before but ill never go back.
