I have recently upgraded the ECU on my Neon and was wondering if anyone knew wether or not 4G63 injectors would work to richen up the mixture? Any help in appreciated.

Well Id be 90% sure the 4G63 turbo injectors are larger 450cc but whether they will work or fit your car I couldnt tell ya. If your engine/ecu uses low impedance peak & hold style injectors they are probably compatible though.

Well what would you recommend as a next step since I already have the ECU intake exhaust and TB? Im interested in a header for the 420A but Id like to know what kind of gain Im gonna notice. I dont like to do work if Im not gonna notice the difference in driving it.(I would post this in the Mopar section but I dont see any other Neon owners in there sorry.) You were asking about 450s. Ill have to see if my friend has any. I was just asking if they would work. I dont have them yet. Ill check for you though.

Default Nope. . .

Nope. . . won't work, we can use domestic injectors though from Fords or Chevy's. The stock ECU will run up to 315cc with out a S-AFC and you can use up to 450cc with the S-AFC but to go larger you need the DFI or similar. The stage 3 turboed 2gnt's are using between 315cc and 440cc but Stage 4 and 5 come with the Accel DFI and 550cc or 625cc peak and hold injectors.

The old automatic GST (4g63t) motor had 390cc injectors, i dont know if they would work on the 420a motor though

4G63's run about 36-38psi stock, the non turbo's run a slightly higher fuel presure of 45-50.

get an afx underdrive pully or some cam gears.if you wanna tune with the fuel with the mods you have a Fuel pressure riser is good enuff, even if you go with headers.for best results dyno tune with the FPR you will see some power gain . most of all ask yourself what you ultimate goal is with your car.
