ok so im trying to figure out whats wrong with this 1g i work on for a buddy of mine. havent had time to do much hands on diag'ing but i plan on it this week and im trying to make it quick so im wante some opinions. car sit's as fallows- 6bolt,280 cams,950cc,maf't,3in gm,s'afc,adjustable cam sensor,stock ecu,walboro 255 and a 12v rear wire, i think thats all the mod's that matter for this problem but if anyone thinks thay need anymore info to help out let me know. ok so the problem, car starts fine if its cold,once its been running for a few it starts to rev up on its own to a steady 1800rshared_pm or so.some time after that it dies and wont start back up,if you remove the plugs right after it dies there drenched in gas.let it sit for a wile and it will fire right up and do it all over again.i ran across a 2g doing this before and it was the cas so i replaced the 1g's with a good one i had laying around but it change nothing. my boys wide band got stolen a wile back so were blind at the moment s-afc set at zero all the way and maf-t just set to 950cc size and thats it. car was being used as a dd and ran fine. the problems started over night. my plan is to check on the maf-t,gm sensor,afc and check for codes. i dont think all four injectors whent out at once.but maybe something in the resistor pack. anyother sugestion? thanks ahead of time.
