Have you taken lancerman's advice and thoroughly tested your car for boost and exhaust leaks and verified that all of your gaskets are good? I would bet money you have leaks if you haven't tested.

I built a boost leak tester with home depot parts for $20 in 10 minutes.

I have done a boost leak test and there is one. But the turbo is just such a crappy turbi and it is about to blow. There are tiny little metal shaving all in my exhause

You've checked for shaft play then? That sucks, I've been outta DSM's for a few years, but I think Lancerman is correct, the HTA 68 seems to be the best bolt-on turbo going, but I haven't looked in a while.
