There is nothing further for me to understand. I appreciate that you are new to all of this and you are very impressionable with your new experience with ethanol and I'm happy for you that you appear to love your new found fuel. Ethanol has been around for quite a while now and I have already seen what it does on numerous occasions. There's nothing magical about it that would make me switch from methanol in a secondary fuel system.

If you want to compare real world results I'll be happy to share my 93oct+methanol comparison vs E85 cars that are using a higher ethanol content then someone with a secondary E100 injection kit. With 93oct+methanol I have one of the quickest stock turbo Evo's in the world vs all of the competition using E85-E98. There are only two other Evo's that have ran quicker due to substantial weight reduction. As for my FP Red setup, it has beaten David Buschurs personal fully built FP Red street car project of comparable weight and he was using E85 as well. Finally, my Evo stock block accomplishment that has put me in the 9's that only 4 Evo owners have ever done. The rest were using E85. As you can see with my 93oct+methanol injection setup I have managed to stay at the top of the competition. If methanol was such an inferior fuel, I would not be at the head of the pack as I am. Feel free to draw your own conclusions but I enjoy my fuel choice that keeps me toward the top of the leader board.

turbo is stock .. never been off the car. wastegate is untouched and it doesnt even have an aftermarket o2 housing.

one word of advice .. dont cheap out on an auxiliary injection setup.. it could cost you your engine.

I have yet to see a methanol pump flat out fail. The seals eventually swell and start to leak which will reduce pressure and slightly lean out your AFR. To someone who is aware of their setup and what is going on, it is very easy to catch right away. I've had pumps last anywhere between 6-12months.

In the extremely unlikely event that a pump should fail, a quality injection system such as the Aquamist setup has multiple built in fail safes that will cut your boost down to wastegate pressure instantaneously. If there is ever a methanol flow issue the fail safe makes it impossible to create a dangerous lean condition.

ive already tested my failsafe setup. i created a false flow/power loss just by turning off the system in mid pull and my failsafe dropped me down to 10psi instantly ...

also my system self tests as soon as you start the car and will only turn the system/boost on if the injection system is 100%
also in the event that i have insufficient flow the new flow monitor in the hfs-3 and 6 it triggers a fault in the flow portion of the control board that will turn off the injection system as well. im covered from many angles.
