Default Evo engine rebuild questions

My oil pump gave out last night and motor started ticking. Oil light came on but there was oil in the car. Turned it off within 5-10 seconds. From what I researched, it sounds like spun rod bearing.
Car is 05 evo, 66,000 miles, pretty much stock.
1. What reputable shops do you guys know of(waiting to hear from the Engine Lab).
2. Assuming its just the bearing, oil pump, and maybe crank, can this be done from underneath or will the motor have to come out.

right now its looking like an OEM rebuild. I am working on taking the motor out but probably won't have time. Also need someone to put it back it if my friend wont.
