i doubt a little 10AWG(or whatever was used) line is gunna give enough power for 2 amps. gunna have to drop a cap or 2nd battery in there somewhere to give it power.

If you are going to be power 2 amps, use a 4 gauge block and split to a dual 8 gauge to power the amps, don't underpower you stuff. Get a capacitor also, rule of thumb is .5 farad per 500W max power.

NO!! you are all not getting what im saying. The car comes with an amp from the factory for all door speakers. I want to only splice into the rear speaker wires for my sound signal. I have another amp hooked up seperate from the stock amp to run 2 10's. All i want is to know the color of the wires to splice into the rear speaker signal. So im asking what wires are they. People that actually own dsm understand that!

i own a dsm, and some 2G's came with ur setup, but what your talkin about is Speaker level to RCA inputs, but on a few occaisions i have seen the "tap in" speaker die...there are only 2 wires going into each speaker btw. explaining what you want, clearly, helps...

initially you said nothing of source signals. you just wanted power.

just buy my headunit off me, i onyl want 60 for it, that way ur not ghetto rigging SL to RCA hookups all in the back of the car.
