I'd have to agree with the "this is not a good arguement" part

now let me ask the honda guy who started this thread this....why would you want to make your car something its not, why would you settle for just oem parts, i dont get it, you pay an assload of money for "civic type r" cams, but you could spend the same money and buy an aftermarket cam that is better, and for what purpose, to be "JDM"? this is stuff that mitsu guys wonder about, i own a 2nd generation dsm, a 1st generation dsm has more aggressive cams, do i swap cams with a 1g, fuck no, i go get some hks 272's or somethin man style, who gives a shit if your idle is a little choppy, dont take offense to this, but what it comes down to, is that honda guys are more about making their car something its not (jdm), and mitsu guys are more about not giving a shit what label is on their car as long as they haul ass, and the honda guys who have the same spirit (i.e., turbo dave) also tend to haul ass....please clarify

it depends on the model,
the 2G RS/GS have Chrysler 420A motors = most parts are US

the GST/GSX has the Mitsu 4G63 motor = some Japanese parts(but still partially US)

both versions built in Il. just different parts

yes they do have eclipse in Japan, but they aren't that popular since they have the FTO there...

***mitsu guys are more about not giving a shit what label is on their car as long as they haul ass

i agree, i'm got gonna buy parts for my car that aren't gonna help me increas my power or wut ever i'm goin' for

i have too little money to waste on stupid stuff

right now i'm workn' on gettn' 60mm TB for mine, i'm not gettn' it cuz it's polished, but cuz it's a bad ass mod for my car!

ok i'm done i think

peace

I sold my cams to a guy that had a 2G for 40 bucks... He was quite pleased with em and I was quite pleased I sold them!
