if need be make an IC sprayer...i really doubt that lil doohickey will work. if you get aftermarket IC pipes, might wanna wrap them in heat wrap, as well as your exhaust manifold and exhaust piping to reduce some of that underhood heat.

bov goes on the upper ic pipe....and um, think about it this way, at nopi, a chick was running a MK4 supra w/ a 60-1 about a nut hair away from the 11's, on a stock intercooler, if it worked for her, it'll work for you without heating problems, keep it simple

as far as crankwalk goes, dont sweat it, if it happens, it was meant for you to be to get a 6 bolt, but i wouldn't count on it happening, and heat soaking occurs w/ the stock intercooler basically cause it blows monkey nuts, supra intercoolers are good, therefore, you wont get heat soak, a guy i know ran a big 16G with 20+ psi through one and didn't heat it, dont sweat it

Isuzu NPR FMIC w/ custom pipes... cant beat it w/ a stick. Puerto RIcans love it and go pretty fast w/ them.

the Supra SMIC is pretty good, expeically for the smaller turbos, the only problem is that its really thick and has pressed in end-tanks, plastic endtanks at that... you may want to use a strap kit on it to prevent the tanks from blowing off under high pressures. And at the track, i dnt think the car will boost long enough to heat soak a Supra SMIC in one pass. but if you you dont let it cool down between runs (the track/staging lanes would have to be moving thru prety quick) then you could run into heat soak problems.

also, i mentioned the thickness of the supra SMIC. the last 1" or so may get pretty warm since the airflowing thru the front picks up the heat and cant remove much more heat as it passes thru the last CM's of the core.

it will work pretty well for you though, unless you start crankin the boost to 18 psi on a T25... thats just dumb.
