14b on 2g?
force performance had 16g upgrades for $495, you had to use your old exhaust housing though.
clipping is bad cuz it kills the efficiency of the turbo, its just a cheap fix. just get a larger AR exhuast housing, like a 7cm, ported 7cm or even an 8cm exhaust housing. Team rip sells them. you can get a ported 7cm for $225.
Check out Road race engineering for their hacker-tweeker turbo install kit. it contains everything you need to install a mitsu turbo on a 2G.
also, you should use the 14b, its plentiful and one hell of a turbo if you can make it work for you. Leon Reitman has run 11's on the 14b, and Phil Beers has run 12.022 on his 14b... faster than most 16g's... so id think twice before ditching the 14b so soon

I ran a 14b on my car for a while. With no FMIC I was in the 13s around 100mph and with a tiny FMIC I ran 103-105mph on pump gas.
That is faster than alot of people run with 16gs. I paid $80 for the turbo and sold it a year later with no exhaust housing for $75.
