just a thought yu might wanna try and drop that piping down a bit from the alt. i just see bad things happening. even w/ it wrapped and ceramic coated.

def gonna need to run atf in ATF in the power steering too. Over all looks good.

what I/C is that? Any front pics of it in there?

 

There is going to be wrap and heat sheilds around the alt and p/s . There might be some heat but not as much as could be. the ic is one i bought from ebay for my 240 but i didn't get all the piping with it ,so i had to get another one with all the piping with it.

 

taking it you are going w/ electric fans. you gonna do push or pull w/ em?
looks like it may give you a cunt hair of space to do a push thru. Which should help stop any heat soaking of the I/C. Sorry if i sound like and ass. Im sure you know about that all ready.

I am going to use the ultima or maxima fans to pull the air through, The ic is going to be insulated from the rad with some rubber ( just where it is the closes to the rad). also it's not set in stone on the rad might use a alum 240. No matter what I use i'm going to get some heat bleed from the rad to the ic. Ther is a gap of about an inch and a half on the top and two inches on the bottomso that helps.

word altima fans are tits. cant remember the CFM's they put out. or the space you have to work w/. But also check intot eh one fan from a 6 cyl. ford taurus. thing has a benzal and pulls something like 3200 or 3600 cfm's. Down fall its from a ford. j/k. any hoots keep the updates coming sir.
