Aircraft stripper dosnt work as well. I've already tried it.

Which stuff are you buying? There are a few levels of the aircraft aluminum stripper. I'll look at the can when I get home.

I got mine at lowes or autozone...its a white can with an airplane on it lol did the job on my se wheels

I saw that and its tempting, but I dont want to buy/repair a bent rim.

I'll buy the next pair of 10's over the summer. I dont want to but I might end up having to run 20mil wide fenders. Or section and widen the stock fenders with some sheet-metal. I have a spare fender to test with.

Wouldn't be that hard. Cut all the edges off the donor fender by about 1". Weld top edge over the stock fender about 1" lower than before. Massage the fender until the new lip is about even height-wise with the old one. Weld up the rest. Remove the inner fender overlap.

Repeat with rear quarters.

I had thought about something similar to that. I'll round up some OEM fenders when the time comes and modify accordingly
