alot has been done today the turbo housing has finally been polished...





everything put back together




Intake manifold done...


Now some turbo connections

dam it looks really good, but those vaccum lines on the turbo are final?

i am actually curious as well how they hold up over time. the lines are like a hard plastic right?

oh that what you mean, yes they are made of poleythylene (I believe that is how you write it) anyway my friends use them all the time on their race cars and they hold up pretty good also thet used them on train horns set ups .

Polyethelene melts well above any engine bay temp. Compressor exit temps won't be anywhere near that. We're talking about ~240*F.
